a business where people with disabilities are not just a part of the conversation

but lead it.

At Centered Resources, we invest our passion and leadership in projects designed for education, advocacy, and disability justice. Our lived experience informs how we approach these opportunities and exemplifies what it means to be truly inclusive.

We are redefining the narrative to create a space where advocates, families, and colleagues can communicate and collaborate equitably and authentically.

We are more than consultants -

we are partners in the work of inclusion.

Our commitment to MEANINGFUL
and competitive employment

I believe every person has the right to pursue a career that is meaningful to them—and to be compensated fairly for the skills and proficiency they bring to their role.

I created Centered Resources as a for-profit business to widen the circle of professional opportunity for people with lived disability experience. I value having a nontraditional career that offers flexibility, purpose, and a healthy work-life balance—and I wanted to create the same kind of space for others seeking relevant, inclusive work.

Our team is highly experienced, and we bring both personal insight and professional expertise to everything we do. When you work with us, you're partnering with a group of professionals that is deeply committed and well-qualified, and you're investing in a model that values disability leadership, equitable pay, and meaningful opportunity.
